Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with the product you have purchased from our store.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (Not Including Shipping Cost) less a 15% restocking fee of the items that you purchase from us within 30 days of delivery of the product.

Unfortunately - there are some items that we cannot accept for return. These are:

  • Consumable Items of which more than 25% of the item has been used.
  • Items that were damaged during use, disfigured or had the serial number or UPC removed.
  • Items that are not in original condition or are missing parts.
  • Special Order Items/Custom Items-These items are made by the manufacturer to fill your order - and as a result cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective or were not the product ordered.
  • Whistles - For health and hygiene reasons - whistles that are opened cannot be returned.

If we make an error in your order we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (for those items shipped in error) and pay for shipping back to us - as above - we must be notified within 30 days of delivery of the product.

Product that is damaged during shipping must be addressed with the shipper. Please inspect packaging and parts upon receipt.
