Shipping Information

Orders are shipped via FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. You can choose your shipping method, and see the associated cost, during the checkout process. Most orders originate from our warehouse facility in New Jersey. On occasion we may ship directly from one of our manufacturers so your order may come from a different region. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days from when we receive the order. As the customer - you can choose your shipping during the checkout process. This will normally include the standard FedEx services of Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Most orders will also have an option for U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Service - and some small orders may have an option for U.S.P.S. First Class Mail. Not all orders will have an option for U.S.P.S. shipping due to the nature of the order and/or the size and weight.

If you have a specific day you need your order please call us to verify the shipping method and stock levels.

You will receive e-mail notification the day that your order ships. Once the product leaves our warehouse it is out of our control. Most delays are caused by weather or other measures outside the control of the shipper.

Since we deal with quite a few manufacturers, on occasion we run into a shortage of product to fulfill orders. Should we not be able to fill your order and ship within 2 business days we will advise you of the delay. Usually the delay is very short, one to three days at worst. If it is longer we will advise you and give you the opportunity to either cancel that part of the order (or the complete order if you would like) or to wait until the order can be shipped complete.

An explanation of U.S.P.S. Shipping Methods

We utilize two methods of shipping with the U.S. Post Office

First Class Parcel Service - reserved for small orders that will fit in our padded mailing envelopes. Delivery times vary but shouldn't take more than 4 or 5 days even across the country. Tracking services are not available with this shipping option.

Priority Mail Service - Available on most orders - offers a 2 to 3 day delivery option. Offers tracking services.

An explanation of the FedEx Shipping and Shipping Options:

A few of the basics: (very important when determining your shipping method!)

• FedEx does not count the day the product ships as a shipping day
• FedEx does not count weekends or recognized holidays as a shipping day

Ground - Will ship via ground transportation (truck, train, etc) from our location to yours. Check out the FedEx Ground Shipping Chart at the bottom of this page to determine the transit time. Remember - do not count the day the package ships as a shipping day. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday to Los Angeles will arrive Monday of the next week (5 business days). Example 2 - A package shipped on Wednesday to New York will arrive Thursday (the next business day).

3 Day Select - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. Three days in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Thursday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Thursday will arrive Tuesday of the next week (3 days not counting the day the package ships or weekends)

2nd Day Air - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. Two days in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Wednesday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday of the next week (2 days not counting the day the package ships or weekends)

Next Day Air - Will ship via air transport from our location to yours. One day in transit - not counting the day that the package ships. Example 1 - A package shipped on Monday will arrive on Tuesday of the same week. Example 2 - A package shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday of the next week (1 day not counting weekends).

FedEx Ground Shipping - Time in Transit Map

All Spray Chalk can only be shipped via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous states.(No shipments to Hawaii and Alaska)

Any free shipping offers are only available to the 48 contiguous states.
